Uttam has 22+ years of technical and management experience in the fields of semiconductor industry. Uttam holds MSc. Engineering degree from Coventry University, UK. He has worked in companies like ST Microelectronics, AMD and Intel before joining Signoff Semiconductor. Uttam worked on full custom designs viz. analog design and memory design for a decade before he moved into semi-custom physical design. In PD, he has expertise in different SOC functions (STA, PnR, PhyV, LP methodologies etc) while taping out chips in cutting edge technology. He has worked in design technologies varying from 350nm to 5nm. With his strong technical leadership and management skills he has led SOC and PnR teams while successfully taping out several complex discrete graphics and ML chips.
